how does your record grading system work? |
|
 |
| |
| Classical Vinyl (UK) Limited takes record
quality / grading very seriously and have an extremely good
track record to prove it. Most of the records listed on the
site will be in EX+ or Near Mint condition, however there may
be a few records listed that are in a lesser condition - this
will be indicated by the grade and possibly additional notes
in the description text. |
| |
- Badly scratched records are not included in the catalogue
unless the item is particularly rare or desirable
- bad faults will be listed in the description text
- The cosmetic appearance of a record is of secondary importance
to the actual playback
- Access to a record cleaning machine is advised if not
essential - please machine clean and play record several
times before deciding that it is sub standard

why is a record that I ordered not available? |
|
 |
| |
| Classical Vinyl (UK) Limited tries to keep
the online catalogue as up-to-date as possible, however as records
are being sold every few days, It is possible that two people
may order the same record with a few hours of each other before
the online catalogue has been updated - in this case, unless
there is a duplicate copy - the record will be sold to the first
order that was received. |
