Packages with a combined LP value below GBP 30 are sent via standard airmail - Packages with a combined LP value above GBP 30.00 are sent via registered airmail (an additional GBP 4.25 is added to the shipping cost)
Packages less than 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Small
Package Service for overseas orders (for further details

Packages more than 2 kg are sent via Parcel Force for

policy detailed below:
Classical Vinyl (UK) Limited takes record
quality / grading very seriously and have an extremely good
track record to prove it. The following terms cover records
that are considered to be in sub standard condition (the record
is in a lesser condition than detailed in the item description
e.g. a record was listed as Near Mint and the buyer considers
the item to be in VG condition):
Shipping costs for returning the record are payable by
the buyer - airmail must be used when returning faulty items
from destinations other than the UK
If a buyer considers a record to be in sub standard condition
and not as described in the catalogue, Classical Vinyl (UK)
Limited must be informed of this fact within 28 days of the purchase date
Returns are not acceptable for good quality records that
the buyer considers to have a poor recorded sound quality
(particularly mono recordings) or records that have a high
'vinyl roar' when manufactured
Returns are accepted when a genuine fault has been identified
that was not indicated in the items catalogue listing
Refunds will be issued for returned records that are received safely and verified as sub standard
